Triton Manufacturing specializes in CNC manufacturing of sheet metal components and products. Principal raw material (ranging from 10 gauge through 32 gauge) vary as follows:

Triton understands the need for flexibility. That is why we offer our customers turn-key solutions in manufacturing. Our Solid Modeling CAD/CAM software as wells as CNC machines enable to maintain flexibility and quality from prototype to production.

Capabilities

CAD/CAM:
Triton uses solid metal CAD/CAM systems to develop product. This lowers development cost and time for our customers.

DNC Shear:
Triton's 1/4x10 Acushear with digital back gauge offers accurate shearing.

CNC Turret Punching:
Our Strippit XP CNC Turret punch offers our clients fast punching capabilites along with flexability, while still maintaining an accuracy to .004" over an entire 4'x8' sheet of metal.

Welding Services:
Triton offers TIG welding, MIG welding, stud welding and spot welding services.

CNC Braking and Forming:
Triton's Amada CNC brake, is capable of producing accurate formed sheet-metal components. Precision ground sectionalized tooling, allows ease of use and versatility, enabling accurate formed parts.

Mechanical Fasteners:
Our PEMSERTER series 4 press, allows us to insert mechanical fasteners of various types such as studs, standoffs, nuts, etc.

Other Services:

Triton warranties its manufactured product, to be free of manufacturer's defect for one year. Triton offers competitive pricing, quality manufacturing and service.
